250 Farmers produced these beans! This Semi-washed (Wet-hulled) coffee was produced by the Arisarina Cooperative in the Gayo Highlands of Sumatra between 800 and 1,700 meters above sea level. The Sumatra Mandheling Arisarina carries the classic Sumatra full body flavors of spice and dark chocolate. These Sumatran coffees, are picked, pulped and then fermented for about 12 hours.
